On Saturday 22nd May, we went to visit Sawanoi Sake Brewery with 9 students. Just an hour away from central Tokyo, Sawanoi is surrounded by mountains, rivers and forests. Everyone enjoyed being in the nature after the mid-term exam and bought the local fruits and vegetables at the station. The brewery tour guide only spoke in Japanese so it was a little difficult for some students. Nonetheless, it was an exciting experience for all.
