Course Description
A new short term intensive course starting every month is now offered for individuals who want to study Japanese language for a short-term, intensive period. We look forward to providing you with a chance to learn Japanese through these courses.

Optional Program
A variety of extracurricular tours and experience programs are offered throughout the entire school program. Those interested in such programs may contact the reception area.

Please note that activity content may change depending on the seasons.
Enrolling Procedure
1.Fill out the application form and answer the Questionnaire. out the necessary information in the school entrance application documents (application form, questionnaire) and send it to us.
2.Complete the level check test sent from us within 30 minutes.
*The level check is absolutely necessary for enrollment in all LEVELS except M-1 LEVEL.
3.Send your tuition fee in one payment by bank transfer. On confirmation of payment of your fee, you will be enrolled as a member of the course, and your position will be reserved.
Cancellation
50% of the tuition will be returned to the student when cancellation notice is given 3 weeks in advance. The full tuition will be kept if the student gives a cancellation notice 2 weeks in advance. In the case of returned fees, payment of the processing charge for returning money will be the responsibility of the applicant.
If a course applied to is cancelled by KAI, the entire tuition fee will be returned. However, tuition fees will not be returned in the case of school closure due to safety measures pertaining to natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
