        <![CDATA[<p>If you inform us your cancellation by telephone or email by 18pm on the previous day of the lesson when it&rsquo;s a morning class, or by 3 hours before your lesson when it&rsquo;s an afternoon class, it&rsquo;s possible to transfer the tuition fee of the cancelled lessons to the next one. If the notice is later than the deadline above or you&rsquo;re absent without notice, it&rsquo;ll be charged.Please be reminded we accept your cancellation notice on weekdays only. If you have a class on Monday morning, please inform us by Friday of the previous week.<br />If you would like to leave school in the middle of your course, please refer to our &ldquo;<a href="http://www.kaij.jp/e/about/refund.html">Refund Policy</a>&rdquo; page.&nbsp;</p>]]>
