Accommodation
- Please apply for dormitory and apartment arrangements at least two weeks prior to your arrival in Japan. The cost for arranging a dormitory or apartment is ￥20,000.
- Deposits, rules and regulations relating to dormitories and apartments differ according to the dormitory / apartment.
- Deposits and arrangement fees relating to dormitories and apartments should be paid by bank deposit into the bank account specified by the school one week prior to your arrival in Japan. (Reservations may be cancelled if confirmation of the payment of such fees is not possible by the payment deadline).
- Please be aware that deposits and arrangement fees cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancelling a dormitory or apartment after arrangements have been made.
Staying With a Family in Tokyo
KAI Japanese language school arranges for students studying at the school to have the opportunity to stay with a Japanese family. Accommodation costs vary according to the distance of the family's home from the school.
